My name is Leslie

I was born and raised in Southern California - I don't think I could ever live anywhere else. I grew up in Pasadena, California, with my parents and younger sister. I now live in Orange County, California, with my husband Shawn and our dogs Vino, Hops, and Pawlie. I enjoy long walks down the aisles of Target and spending a significant amount of time at HomeGoods for no reason.

Growing up, my dad always had a camera in my face. When I got my first passport (circa 18 months olds), my mom told me that my dad made sure to take the picture himself because, and I quote, "the one they took wasn't good enough." He is a film aficionado – capturing weddings on film before I was even born. I vividly recall looking forward to going to the local camera store to pick up our weekly Fujifilm developments – but maybe that's because my sister and I collected the Dum-Dum lollipops they gave us.

As an adult, I relish the time I spend flipping through my family's old albums. It always gives us a chance to sit in conversation and share forgotten memories. As a photographer, it is my honor to capture these vital memories between Facebook posts and text messages that we never care to remember. In the same way that my family captured my precious memories, I want to help you capture those moments that will be held dear by you and your loved ones for years to come.
